The free local newspaper Today's Local News is now apparently available at some vending machines. Earlier it was only available by delivery to homes, not apartments or condos.

I saw it at the Walmart Fire Mountain Shopping center in Oceanside near the Stater Brothers store in a vending machine. It's free of course.
